The Goal: To transform the given starting word, step-by-step, into the given ending word.
Rules:
1) You may only change one letter in each step.
2) You may not change the number of letters in the words. If the puzzle has four letters, every word in the solution must have four letters.
3) Each word you make must be a real English word. No pronouns or (especially) vulgar language.
4) Do not add a new puzzle to the thread unless the previous one has been solved by somebody.
Victory Condition: If you submit a puzzle and nobody can figure out how to solve it within three days, you win. Remember that in order to submit a puzzle, you must solve the puzzle that the previous person created.
Example: The given word is "party" and the ending word is "taste." Here is one solution to the puzzle:

Oooh! I love this game! Can one person solve the thing in one post? Or do you do like one word and someone else does another word or something? Or do you have a choice to do either one... like you can only think of one word, so you change party to paste. I don't know if this is making sense...

You're supposed to solve the whole thing. Then you can submit your own. If you don't submit your own, somebody else can come along and submit their own, which you would then have to solve.
So you should always submit your own puzzle after solving the previous one if you plan to win this game.
