Possible Characters

Just like back when we were speculating, make a possible moveset for any Nintendo (or 3rd party) character!

Ray 01:

B: Gun - Ray shoots with his Gatling Gun, when jumping the shots go down diagonally
B-forward: Bomb - Ray shoots a bomb from his Straight X, a standard bomb that moves in a straight line
B-up: Charge - Ray is surrounded by a red force field and charges upwards
B-down: Pod - Ray shoots from his Wall Pod, which creates a tall green explosion
Final Smash: Illegal Parts - Ray is equipped with several Illegal Parts, such as the Wyrm Gun.
johnny139

Tingle.

B - Rupee Throw Tingle shoots out a Rupee in the vein of PK Fire, but with minor knockback and only one hit. Chargeable; the longer you hold down B, the more the Rupee is worth, and the more damage done. (Green-Blue-Yellow-Red-Purple-Orange-Silver-Gold)
B> - Scuffle Like in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, Tingle dives forward and attacks someone. A comical dust cloud appears (like in cartoons), and if you spin the control stick, more damage is dealt. After the dust clears, the opponent will be on the ground.
Bv - Tingle Bomb Tingle pulls out a big bomb (like, the size of an Electrode) and tosses it forward. REALLY strong, but hard to hit people with, because it takes a while to throw.
B^ - Tingle Balloon Tingle inflates a balloon, giving him a slight boost in height and allowing him to float for a short while, similar to Peach. Chargeable, the longer you hold down B, the higher you'll climb in the initial boost. If Tingle Bomb or Rupee Throw is performed, they'll be dropped instead of thrown.
Final Smash - Jackpot. Tingle does his signature dance, and Rupees of various worth rain from the sky, dealing a bunch of damage to all enemies. Occationally, Tingle Bombs will fall, too, causing an explosion twice the size of a regular attack.

Kooloo-mutha******'-limpah.

This was my 1st character and moveset... wish?
(I'll see if I can get photoes of his different forms)

Deoxis, hes a fairly well known guy with the whiole shapeshifting thing going for him.
So, in my head it looked quite interesting, to be able to change forms automatically depending on what buttons you're pressing.
He has his standared form, with the two twisty arms..  This is for standing, walking, and his first two jumps.
Then he has his speed form.  Slightly more arrow-dianamic, and the head changes to have one large spike on the back.  This is for when you dash.
Defence form, this has a bulkier look.  Deoxis changes into this form when you hold the shield button.
Attack form, obviously when you press you're attack buttons.

B:  Psywave - Fires a short range soundwave thing, minor damage, but I thought it would make a good spam move.
ForwardB:  Mirror Coat - Like Mario's cape, only not as Kewl
DownB:  Didn't come up with a name, it just acts like Pikachu's thunder, but looks like his pokeball attack (hyperbeam?)
UpB:  Teleport?
I thought of him before I knew about final smashes so I don't have anything for that.
Dartheyegouger

Hitmonlee:

B: Stretch Kick - Hitmonlee strethces his leg to kick, can be used in a combo (like Fox's standard combo but with a greater range)
B-forward: Blaze Kick - Chargeable, Hitmonlee performs a powerful kick that also inflicts flame damage
B-up: Hi Jump Kick - Hitmonlee performs a flying knee kick
B-down: Earthquake - Hitmonlee stomps on the ground, causing it to crack and fracture, small chance of grounding opponent
Final Smash: Mega Kick - Hitmonlee runs a short distance, and delivers an extremely powerful kick
Dartheyegouger

Waluigi:

B: Stomp and Serve - Like the Assist Trophy, but with reduced power and only one stomp
B-forward: Waluigi Racer - Waluigi dashes forward on his kart (about the distance of Fox Illusion)
B-up: Twist Dunk - Waluigi throws a basketball into the air and "swims" up to it
B-down: Sparky Sticker - Waluigi places a Sparky Sticker on the ground, which electrifies and briefly stuns the enemy that steps on it
Final Smash: Wall-Luigi! - Waluigi runs a round the stage, leaving a trail of damaging purple vines

Omg, I would definately main Waluigi if he had the sparky sticker lol
Dartheyegouger

Balloon Fighter:

B: Flipper - Balloon Fighter throws a Flipper, with the disctance depending on how long the B button was held (with the farthest distance being about the same as Link's boomerang)
B-forward: Lightning Spark - Balloon Fighter attacks with a lightning spark, temporarily stunning the enemy
B-up: Arm Flap - Balloon Fighter rapidly flaps his arms, damaging foes and lifting him into the air
B-down: Bonus Balloons - Dozens of balloons lift up from the ground (think Squirtle's Up Smash), can be used continuously
Final Smash: Balloon Trip - The sky is filled with moving lightning sparks and giant fish (the ones from Summit) leap across the bottom half of the stage
Trav11111

For baloon fighter I would make the flipper ->B and the lightning Down B.  Then B could be blow up baloons.  That way when he jumps he floats like kirby, if one baloon pops then his float is less effective.  If both baloons are poped then he does normal jumping.
DarkWolf

Cool Balloon Fighter, and cool ideas for changing Balloon Fighter, Trav11111.
Trav11111

I had an idea for megaman.

Up B:  Jets come out of his feet and he goes strait up then strait the way he is facing.

B: Charge shot, like Samus but it only gets stronger when it is fully charged.

Side B:  Triple shot, he shoots three normal shots and if you tilt the controle stick while shooting you can make an arc.

Down B:  Side shots, he shoots on both of his sides.

I know he doesn't sound cool, but keep reading.  If he KOs someone he gets all their B moves.  I know it may seem hard to do because some of the animations would need to be changed (ex.  Pits side B would have a disc come from Megamans arm that would spin or something).
johnny139

I've had a lot of ideas for Megaman - copying a single ability, copying elements, copying movesets... but they've all been either too similar to Kirby or too complex. I think that his Down B being a "Power Roulette" of sorts, changing the color of his gun to match the original ten Robot Master powers and altering his B moves accordingly. Not as fun as it could be, but it's the only real way to make him unique and plausable.
Creationist

There should have been Homestar Runner.
Link for those who don't know who the heck he is
http://www.homestarrunner.com/

Note, most of his moves are based on the cartoons. Others are from some of the new games.

B- Cheat Kick- Kicks the Cheat. It can be charged up to have a more powerful attack
B>- Invisible hand punch: throws a quick punch that is invisible.
B^- Whirlwind Kick: jumps in the air and spins around, sort of like Link's
Bv- Fluffy-Puff Rain: Marshmellows rain from the sky and do little damage, but can be eaten for lowering damage
Final Smash- Jello Drown: Red jello fills the screen damaging 50+ to all and stunning them.
DarkWolf

Yay Homestar Runner! Fluffy puff marshmellows ftw! I like the strongbad emails.
Creationist

same here. Right now i'm working on SB

maybe-
B- Cheat Kick: like HS's
B>- Stinko-flames: shoots out a couple of Stinkomans flames and gets blue hair for a short time
B^- Space Captinface: Blasts up in the Proud Anselmo
Bv- Deleted: a counter-move that "deletes an opponents attack for a short period of time, also damaging them
Final Smash- Burninate: Summon Trogdor and burn everyone to a crisp
DarkWolf

Awesome! Strongbad ftw!
Creationist

Maybe bubs could have Leg Shotgun and shady salesman. His final smash would have to do with breakdancing in some way.
Dartheyegouger

Toxicroak:

Smash Attacks: Think Wolf, but only with punches and slashes.  Toxicroak secretes poison through his knuckles, so all of his A attacks are on the weaker side, but cause poison damage.
B: Sludge Bomb - Toxicroak spits up a ball of toxic sludge, relativley short range, poison damage
B-forward: Poison Jab - Chargeable, Toxicroak charges up a powerful poisonous punch, lots of knockback, little poion damage
B-up: Lick - (I know he can't learn this)  Toxicroak licks upward with his long tongue, tether recovery, very weak
B-down: Dark Pulse - A ring of dark energy pulses all around Toxicroak
Final Smash: Giga Impact - Toxicroak slams into a close foe, doing massive damage and knockback
Bloody the Marro Stinger

It's been a while, but now that we have new members, we can come up with even more loony things!
Mine is none other than....
Darkrai!
It should be noted that I am following the tradition of the other Pokemon in this game and basing the moveset off of the Anime (with the exception of Pursuit, since Darkrai doesn't display a 4th move in the 10th movie).  Don't say he can't walk, either.  He uses stilt appendages for that.

Weight: Light
Speed: Fast
Jumping Ability: High
Techniques:
Wall Jump
Float (Think Peach)
B-Moves:
B - Dark Void:  Pressing the B button makes Darkrai charge up Dark Void, holding a ball of darkness over his head.  Similarly to other moves that you charge, you can stop the charging by rolling.  Press the B button again to release it.  When released, the ball of darkness splits into 8 smaller balls, each going in a different direction (i.e. South-west for one, South-east for another, South for a third, etc.).  If a ball hits, the target is put in a deep sleep.  The time the target is asleep for and the distance the balls go is related to how much he charges it.
B> - Dark Pulse:  Darkrai makes a ball, and then 5 dark circles spawn from the ball that serve as a projectile.  The circles do 3% per hit.
B^ - Pursuit:  Darkrai dives in a direction surrounded by dark energy.  If he hits, he does 7% damage and knocks the opponent behind him.  Whether or not he actually hits, he can attack using both his B-moves (except Pursuit) and his arieals.
Down-B - Double Team:  The same move that Lucario uses.  That's enough to be said.
Smash attacks:
Foward-Smash:  Darkrai points his finger in front of him, and then a ball of darkness appears in front of him and explodes.  Along with the rest of his smash attacks, this has a high knockback (especially compared to the rest of his attacks) and executes very fast, but does pitiful damage for a smash attack.  In this case, it does a whopping 9%.
Up-Smash:  Darkrai does a flip, creating a slash of darkness upwards using his stilts while he flips.  It has the same knockback (only upwards) and execution speed as his foward smash, but does only 12%.
Down-Smash:  Darkrai twirls like a ballerina, creating a dark mist around him.  The mist hits twice and does 6% per hit.  After the second hit, the victim is sent flying diagonally.  Again, same execution speed and knockback as his smashes.
Throws:
Foward Throw:  Darkrai snaps his fingers, releasing the opponent from his hold only for the victim to get nailed by a burst of darkness and sent flying.  It does 10%.
Backward Throw:  Darkrai casually flings his opponent over his shoulder.  He uses dark energy to do it, of course, and damages the opponent in the process by 10%.
Upwards Throw:  Darkrai tosses his opponent upwards and then shoots him with Dark Pulse, knocking him upwards and doing 10%.
Downwards Throw:  Darkrai slams his opponent to the ground and kicks him with his stilts twice, doing 10%.
A Moves:
A:  Darkrai hits his opponent with his darkness-infused fist and does 2% on each hit, ending with a kick for 4% more, totaling 8%.
A>:  Darkrai face-palms his opponent for 6%.
A^:  Darkrai jumps in the air and kicks upwards, doing 8%.
Down-A:  Darkrai, while kneeling, points his finger to the ground and causes an explosion of dark energy there, doing 6%.
Arieals:
Nair:  Darkrai spins around in mid-air (not including the stilts, since he retracts them to do his double jump and float), hitting 4 times and doing 4% each.  However, this, along with the rest of his arieals, have pitiful knockback and execute slower than his other attacks.
Fair:  Darkrai extends his fist, causing dark energy to eminate from it and damaging opponents hit by it by 14%.
Bair:  Darkrai points behind him and causes a dark mist to appear, hitting three times and doing 5% each time.
Uair:  Darkrai reaches his arm upward and opens his palm, causing a ball of darkness to extend from it.  The ball does 13%.
Dair:  Darkrai extends his stilts and kicks downward with them 6 times, causing 2% the first five hits and 4% on the 6th.
Final Smash:
Bad Dreams:  Darkrai puts every opponent in the arena to sleep using an undodgable Dark Void.  The amount of time they sleep ranges from 5 seconds to 12 seconds, depending on how close they are to Darkrai.  In addition, opponents put to sleep recieve 4% damage very second.
Taunts:
Up-Taunt:  Darkrai does his sprite animation from Diamond and Pearl.
Side-Taunt:  Darkrai holds his fist up aggresively and it spawns dark energy.
Down-Taunt:  Darkrai sits criss-cross style in mid-air and laughs evily.

Nice, well thought out.
MetaNite

Cool Bloody! There's no way he'd be in over Mewtwo, but if he was, that be an awesome moveset! Way to go!
Bloody the Marro Stinger

Thanks guys!  I do agree that Mewtwo would get in over him, but if they got the absurd idea to add an 8th Pokemon to the mix...
Elffy

For my first post, I'll go with:
Cyprien Esenwein (Heroscape Nerd I are!)

A: swings a sword
AA: Swings a sword quickly followed by another slash with the other sword
AAA: Right sword, left sword, Bite!
B: Leans forward and bites (Much like Wario's except more damage and less reach) and heals 5%
Over B: Like Pit's forward smash, but weaker
Down B: Chilling Touch.  Like G &W*, the damage is random.  It is possible to OHKO someone with this.
Up B: Starts flying, like Pit, but flies higher, faster and not as long.
Final Smash: Flies around and slashes people with his sword.

Also, every time Cyprien KOs someone, he heals 1/4 of the damage they had when he KOs them.

*G&W hammers.  Over B I think.  I never play him.

Welcome home Elffy...

Home?  No, this is johnnyland.  I live in Osage, IA.

Hello Elffy.

Are you telling me that there are other places than Johnnyland?

Nice Darkrai movelist, Bloody.

Edit: I meant to say that I know you from Heroscapers because of your old memorable title.

Heroscapers ftw.

Welcome, Elffy. I would've been the first to welcome you, not long after your post, but hey, that's laziness.
