Has anyone gotten this game yet? It came out on the 2nd. Once I pay off Heroscape Debts and get Mario Kart Wii, I'm defiantly getting this. I loved the movie, and the comic, so I wonder how this game is gonna be. Any reactions?

I was going to buy it, but I still don't have Mario Kart Wii, and War Machine isn't an unlockable suit, so it's a no go for launch.

Out of the two reviews I've read for it, it doesn't seem to be that good, unfortunately. I'm not getting it, mostly due to a lack of interest in Iron Man.

It might be good for PS3 and X box, but its bad for Wii and DS

What? That sucks... why would it be bad for Wii and DS?

Failed controls, and not so cool graphics.

I don't buy any movie games; they're just not as good as regular games.

Spider-Man 2 anyone? One of the best free roaming games ever... just a few points shy of GTA as far as sandbox goes.

Oh my gosh! That was an AWESOME game! We have it for PS2. It was fun just to travel around the city and jump across buildings! If you get bored of the quests and fighting and have trouble with the story, no matter, just shoot webs and go all over the city! I loved riding helicopters, and it was cool how they made this island with the Statue of Liberty on it, and to access that island, you had to ride a helicopter across. Great game.

I'm starting to like your taste, kid. JOIN ME! WE SHALL STALK THE NIGHTS AS VIGILANTES! Like Batman and Robin, only without all the molestation.
...then again, you probably wouldn't be tax deductable. Nevermind.

That would be hard... just try to pry my hands off the video game controller or the computer mouse.

What? That sucks. Wii and DS are my favorite systems... and we don't have a PS3 or X Box... only some GBAs, DSs, PS2, Gamecube, Wii, SNES (lost it during last move, so we got FC Twin, which can play SNES games).
How much is the game? I think I'll buy it anyways. It seems like it would be really fun, and I can't wait to try it out. Especially if you can fly around and stuff! I got some money still from my birthday partay.

Same here.

That, and the LotR games were the only good ones.
Unfortunately, I saw the previews for Spiderman 2 and bought it.
I didn't have a console then.
The computer version SUCKED.
Heroic Monkey
I'd only buy a superhero video game if the characters in it were attached to round brown plastic bases.

CPU games are never that good. I've played maybe one or two good ones. I'm thinking I'm still going to get this game. I've never played Spider Man 2, but Ultimate Spider Man is GREAT!! Its got the venom from the cartoon, so he's really muscular and Spidey is this really skinny kid with no (visible) muscle at all. OK story, great graphics, really great free roam, and if you beat the game, you can play as Venom. As him, you have to feed on people to stay alive, and you can free roam and take out cars and stuff, then you get points and the Feds, cops, S.H.I.E.L.D. comes along and they all try and take you out. You have to chase some people, and Venom is really hard, but Green Goblin is alot harder.

That one's good, but it's not a movie game.

Ultimate Spider-Man is pretty much Spider-Man 2, only with a worse Spidey mode, but a Venom mode put in. So it's pretty much on the same level.
