Confusion about Wii's memory systemAm I missing something, or is the Wii's data saving system a big step down from the GameCube? I noticed in Zelda TP that there were only 3 save files, which is a problem because 5 people in the house want to play the game. If this was a GameCube game, it wouldn't be a problem. We could simply put in a different memory card to get more save files.
However, an SD card in the Wii seems to only allow it to save more games, but not more save files on games.
It appears as if the only way to get more save files on games is to buy another Wii for the internal memory. After browsing many websites and reviews, I was surprised to find out that I'm the only one that is having this problem (well, that's what it seems like). Is there a solution?

I think there is, if you already started the game. Copy one of them onto an SD card, delete the one on the Wii. So now you have 6. You just have to have more than one save files for the same game on the Wii. I think that's possilbe.
Which five want to play?

That's a good idea, but how do I choose a game file on either the Wii's internal memory or the one on the SD card?

Me, my siblings, and my mom.

I don't think you can, unless you only can when there is more than one because I never tried it. You may just have to switch it constantly. When let's say your simblings want to play you move the one in the SD to the Wii and the one in the Wii to the SD. This is entirely just theory.
I just wanted to know who played it because my parents would never play a game like that

I just realized my problem doesn't make sense.
If more than 3 people want to play a game, just buy another SD card. Maybe I thought the answer was supposed to be more complicated.
