The lag was a little weird, and it'll take a while to get used to. A lot of my combos didn't work... Hehe...
But I could tell you were still better than me. 
I did HORRIBLE on that battle on the Rainbow Cruise as Wario.... Hehe..

It was good because you were winning by a life. I had like 120 damage or something, and you had only 50 or so. I got my final smash and boom! You flew off the screen.

That was like lol. At the beginning of the game, I had no damage and you had like 50. Then you just seemed to get real angry, and it turned around so fast and you pwned!

Our first game was fun, but I could done without the lag. That sucked. Meta, your as good as people say. Pyre, you....well, good games, guys!

I play in a very quick style, and the lag threw me off.
But it was my first time playing online, so let me get used to it. Hehe...

lol I went on a long Peach run over here, nobody wanted to play because they knew I'd pick her. My Peach phase has kinda faded though, I'm working on other characters like Snake and Kirby at the moment.

I do want to brawl, but I can't. You see, the reason I can't ever play during the day like you guys, is that my girl is constantly texting me, and when I'm online, I can't just pause the game to text back. And no offence guys, but when I have to choose between her or the game... yeah, thats why I never get to play until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, after she goes to bed. I can't tell her I'm busy playing Brawl, thats not a good answer for why I can't talk  So there you have it, I can't play most of the time, because I'm texting instead, not that I always want to. She's texting me right now as I type this.

You could turn off your phone until you're done playing and if she asks say that the battery died. Or you could say you're above your txting limit?

Haven't you ever seen sitcoms? Men ALWAYS lie to their women to play a game. Like that episode of King of Queens where he goes golfing with Ray Romano despite the fact Carrie said he couldn't.

This discussion is making me happy that I don't have a cell phone (or anybody to call me). I just sit in my room, huddled up in the corner with my back hunched over, leaning over the Heroscape and drooling like an insane person while rubbing my bloodshot eyes and spouting incomprehensible nonsense. That leaves no time for cell phone chatter.

I've been getting online the past 3 or 4 nights around 9:30-10:00 PM CST. No one is on.  If anyone is up at 12:30 (that'd be the 30 minutes after midnight) or so, I usually get on then because I'm bored.

Those were some great fights!
Our fearless leader's invincible Ice Climbers lost to a Jigglypuff.
That last one with Toon Link and Ganon was fun, it was pretty darn close.
But the first few had some nasty lag. My controller didn't want to respond... Ah well, it seemed to have fixed itself.

Yup, yup... I think I did pretty well. I loved the standoffs on Bridge of Eldin... those are awesome. And I PWNED your Luigi. And I didn't think I was good as Samus. Good fun. Shaky connection, but I've gotten used to it.
*sigh*
Dunno why, either. I mean, I can play someone from New York and it'll move like a snail, but I'll be almost flawless against someone from Peru. Weird stuff.

Yeah, I suck as Luigi, but my friend and I have a running joke about him, so I always have to throw in a pink Luigi.
You were okay as Samus. I can't believe I actually won that game with Elffy when I was ZSS. I rarely ever use her. That one was close, also...

I was flabberghasted when, not only did we both pick (a) Samus, it was the exact same color!
I like Gravity Suit Samus, but much prefer Dark Zero Suit Samus. So it's tough to choose sometimes... but I rarely, if ever, pick ZSS, so...

Yeah, I got a laugh out of that!
Usually my best characters are Toon Link, Falco, and Pit, but with the lag, I think that Ike's working a lot better for me than usual.

I enjoy playing with Ice Climbers, Toon Link, Mario, Samus, and Wario most. Not sure who I'm best with, though... I don't play against other people much. But without lag I'm killer with Mario's cape. I can run circles around any projectile-based fighter... and a lot of physical ones, too.

Actually, throughout the series, Ol' Puff's been one of my most solid fighters. She ain't my best, but I'll put up a good fight.
I would've killed someone if she wasn't in Brawl.

That final Bowser victory was... amazing. He's just kinda standing there for a while, eventually Monkey kills me, goes over to try and rest him to death... BOOM! Victory!
And Mario vs. Fox/Falco = Frustration. SO FAST! GAH!
Fun times... fun times.

MadNik (Bowser) scared the crap out of me when we were on the Sonic level and he just grabbed me and threw me off the side. I thought he wasn't playing any more so I was sure I had won. What a sneaky technique... I've got my eye on you, Madnik...

Sorry guys, I normally wouldn't do that, but my phone rang so I had to drop the controller. I got off the phone right when Johnny was knocked out, and I just waited for Jiggles the get closer...
