Best Controller: Part 2For those of you who have gone hands on, which is the best controller to use? Also, why do you think so?

I hear, from many different places:
GCN controller > Classic > Remote+Nunchucku > Remote
I don't know anything about the Thrustmaster, though.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure most people are going to use the gamecube controller. I know I will. For Melee, I use my Wavebird. Some say theres like, a fifth of a second worth of lag when using a wavebird but... is it really that game threatening?
Never heard of a thrustmaster... sounds like a dirty website to me
EDIT: 100% of the voters say WAVEBIRD!

I'll probably use a GameCube controller as well, because I'm used to it. I'll also try the classic controller and wiimote/nunchuck. The wii remote by itself seems like it would be awkward for a Smash Brothers game.

Classic. I never had a gamecube, even though I played it with my friends a lot, but then bought the classic controller, not knowing you could play virtual console games and GC games with the gamecube controller so now I'm just going to use the classic controller. It has many buttons for taunts!

Wavebird is a good controler. The GC design is more familiar. I will try different controler types though.

The Classic Controller is the sexiest Nintendo has ever made. Thus, that.

The good old Gamecube controller, because it has rumble and I;m used to it.

The classic controler is sexy. Its the perfect control mechanism. Whats a thrustmaster?

Thrustmaster. I didn't know what it was either until I just google it. Is it like a classic controller that can play GC games?

Now that we have the game what controler do you use the most. I use the wavebird, but I've been trying to play with the classic controler. The only problem with the classic is that I changed the buttons and I keep forgetting to select my name.

I use the Gamecube. I don't have a classic, but haven't tried remote + nunchuck.
Single remote sucks, though...

Classic sucks for Brawl. The position of the X and Y buttons is what does it - I never used them for Melee, so they just get in the way here. Also, no Z Button... feels weird.
So I'm using my crappy, 3rd Pary Gamecube controller.

?!?! I use the x and y buttons so I guess its fine for me. There is a zr and zl, which is what I use for grabbing. Besides, you can change the button config! Classic rocks!

I like all of the 4 of the ones shown in the game. But to choose the best, I'd go with classic.
