Well you have to beat the first 20 events after beating SSE, then you get her or fight her in the swamp stage in SSE after beating it or play 350 Brawl Matches.

Really?  I now believe there is more than 3 or 4 ways to unlock the same character.  Because I have Jigglypuff, I did not fight her in SSE, I haven't beaten all the events, and I havn't played 300+ games yet.

Jigglypuff can be unlocked by beating the first 40 event matches on hard

And not even on hard.  You just have to beat 20 events on any difficulty after beating Tabuu in the Subspace Emissary.
