I have come up with a list of tournament rules, and not tourney specific. They are pretty general. There's also just some answers to questions.
1. Any controller is allowed
2. Using the C- stick is allowed but not encouraged
3. Any of the 35 characters in the roster may be used, hacked characters are not promitted
4. As far as taunts go, this is a tournament, which inapropriate taunts should be left out
5. NO CHEATING! This means no hacking, no action replay
6. Play rules as following the tournament

C- sticking is using the c- stick, as was called in melee. It's the other control stick on the gamecube controller. It's an auto smash. Some think it may be unfair. The classic controller and gamecube have it, but if you're using the Wii remote or the Wiimote and nunchuk, then don't worry about it.
As for the second question, yes. It also inludes porny stuff. I suppose moderate insults are okay. Like U Suck or something. Your bad at this game! But you should probably keep personal ones out. _________________

Mild swears (damn, hell, suck) and such are fine, but nothing too much worse than that.

Well, each tournament will have a sign-up thread. Each sign-up thread, once the tournament begins, will be converted into a discussion thread, where smack-talking and such will take place. After the tournament is finished, it'll be a results thread.

Yeah, I'm on Heroscapers. Don't post very much though. But once I bumped into stuff about "johnny's site" and everything, and it also happened to be the site I was interested about that Heroic Monkey was in.

No Wolfen is not on heroscapers I looked though the databases.! What should we do about this? I think everyone that is here should have to be a member there for at least a month before joining us. I think we can let this slide because he is a brother of a heroscaper.
But I don't want strangers coming here if at all possible! _________________
Ok guys, heres the deal. Wolfen is not a part of Heroscapers.com. But he is a major Heroscape competitor, like myself. He just got his own computer a little while ago, so if I'm correct, this is the only site hes actually a member of, or at least one of the few.
I suggest allowing him to play since he is a Heroscaper, just hasn't yet.

For a long time, I have been going to Heroscapers.com and reading stuff. I've never really needed to post anything, but I decided to finally just make an Account, especially when I started getting really interested in the CoNGs. (easier to tell when new posts and I'm hoping I might be able to participate in CoNGs in the Summer, also I started getting interested in making my own custom army cards, and if I had an account, I could post my army card and get some advice on what to change etc) I hope that's okay with you guys _________________

I still go on Heroscapers to read, but I never have anything really interesting to say.
I guess to be in the tournament players should have been on heroscapers for at least a month, but new people should be able to post here so we can gain more players.
If people are related to a heroscaper then they should be able to play, but they should consider getting a heroscapers acount.
